Associated Oil – Carbon Neutral and A Part of the Solution

Occidental is moving to capture CO2 directly from the atmosphere and permanently sequester it into geologic formations. A by-product of this sequestration process is Associated Oil, a compact form of liquid energy whose carbon intensity could be neutral or even negative. Associated Oil refined into carbon neutral jet fuel is a path for the aviation industry to meet their ambitions.
